Search Mode

Hi masters!

This is just a question about a feature. My environment is working good as always.
I have at least 4 customers that told me to "auto-pause" the agent when accessing search mode screen, instead of going to pause by themselves.

Is there a way to do that? I mean: while in Ready status, go to search mode and automatucally pause the agent (somehow).
Maybe this is really simple to accomplish, Im not a programmer but just need to know if that is a possible feature to be added or to be paid to Vicisupport :)

If you mean by Lead search mode then below will help you.


Auto Pause Pre-Call Work -In auto-dial mode, this setting if enabled will set the agent to paused automatically when the agent clicks on any of the following functions that requires them to be paused- Manual Dial, Fast Dial, Lead Search, Call Log View, Callbacks Check, Enter Pause Code. Default is N for inactive.
