Hi there,
I want to use vicidial without installing the X-lite/Eyebeam or any softphone.
Please guide -

What kind of agent phone do you want to use?
What operating system are your agents using?
What are the hardware specifications of the agent workstations?

Kaz, I think you're looking for the webphone. I wanted to do something similar myself in the past, and this was the solution I found.
It is, unfortunately, extremely cost prohibitive for a small business, so I now remote into all agent systems with TeamViewer, and install the softphone myself.

We have been able to install webrtc2sip in a couple of servers and have worked fine except for a few bugs. The webphone is still working and its open source so its costing is free.
