No Manual dial/ Fast dial option at agent interface

Hello,

In my newly installed single box vicidial server, i cant find Manual dial/ Fast dial option at agent interface. I already change campaign type to manual/Ratio/Inbound_Main/ Please advice.

Those buttons can be disabled in the Campaign Detail screen, which is likely what's happened to you.

Hi,

The manual dial option can be diabled and enabled in the User settings

look for

Agent Call Manual: set it to 1 if you want it enabled
