I have created a Vicidial Cluster with Vicibox Redux 3.1.x x64 ( astersik 1.4.39 ) but the DB Server and Telephony server are not on the same lan. I have tow routers connected to each other with optical fiber. I am having problems with the calls, so it does not make a lot of calls in Autodial. Th only tow errors that i see are:

1- WARNING[16140]: file.c:1297 waitstream_core: Unexpected control subclass '-1'
2- ERROR[15967]: utils.c:967 ast_carefulwrite: write() returned error: Broken pipe

But i dont this that these errors cause the problem.

We'll need a lot more information to provide help. Those errors you listed are common under Asterisk 1.4 and can be ignored safely.

Are your agents getting any errors?
What is displayed in the real time report?
Can you dial manually?
Is there NAT between your routers?
Is there heavy traffic on your network?
Is your campaign configured properly for your situation?

I guess what i'm trying to say is we'll need a better description of the problem and your setup.
