Manual Dial Now -Dial Next - recording issue

Hi

Have stuck with a issue in manual dial mode where some calls doesn't get recorded. Campaign is set to All force recording and user recording overide is set to disabled.

Approx 10% calls doesnt get recorded. All other info of the lead is available in DB except for recording. In asterisk CLI --Executing 8309 doesn't appear for these type of calls.

Any troublehooting hints please.

What is the loadavg on your system when this happens?

How many agents are on your system when this happens?

Hi Matt,

Thanks for response, load avg doesn't go above 10% . Around 20 agent logs in to this machine and there is no auto dial in this server. All agent use DIAL Next or Manual dial with ALL force recording in campaign. At any given time around 10 calls will be active. Just went live 10 days back and issue is there from day one.

while going through the asterisk CLI for some reason the monitor command doesnt appear for these calls.

Just exploring-- is it manager_send.php decides or sends monitor command to vicidial_manager table?

Please suggest any other logs script to be looked in.

Vicidial_manager is not having entry for 8309 monitoring commands for the call which didnt record below are the vicidial_manager entries for good call and for call which was not recorded .

I guess vicidial manager is not getting populated with action commands for recording.

Hi

Enabled debug for manager_send.php and downloaded vicidial_manager table from database. Observed in agc/vicidial_mysqli_errors.txt that for a bad call --only below logs are there. There is no originate command or 8309 recording command in the logs. But in vicidial manager table in mYSQL has a originate command for this call.

Does this mean manager_send.php has not populated vicidial_manager table for this call?

Is there any other script issues originate commands and populate vicidial_manager table?

Hi

We have changed the campaign dailing mode to Inbound manual and enabled closer as well as allow inbound calls to the campaign. After this we have observed all calls are getting recorded.
