That's a very old Vicidial version you're running. I'd advise upgrading to the latest SVN trunk before you troubleshoot any further.

recording files created when i use VOIP,
but whenever i switch to PRI then it's doesn't work....

Did you perform the update?

If updating doesn't fix it, you could try passing the calls through a SIP loopback.

*Edit* Did you verify that your dial plan calls the recording script for PRI calls?
