Hello,
I need to disable a few specific admins from showing up in the Agent view side widget from the vicidial screen that admins typically have access to monitor staff without having to go into the real time monitor screen.
does anyone know how to achieve this?

Just put those admins into a different User Group and disable that feature at the User Group level.

Just put those admins into a different User Group and disable that feature at the User Group level.
