IVR FOR OUTBOUNND

i want make ivr when i call someone and when someone pick the call ,a message should be played about the product or service with menu or options ,like press 1 for call, press 2 for details etc.
please help me with this
i am using goautodial ce 2.1

Campaigns->(Choose your campaign)->Detail View->(top menu): "Survey". These settings are specifically for what you seek.

To activate "Survey", change the Campaign's "Routing Exten" to "8366".

Do not make ANY other changes, just that. Then run the campaign with a test lead (your cell) and see what happens. Then you can make one change at a time in the Survey settings ... testing as you make each change to be sure you didn't just break something.

Oh: And read the Vicidial Manager's Manual (available at EFLO.net) for how this is all supposed to work.

And when you get around to it, reinstall the latest version of Vicidial from Vicibox.com's .iso instead of the Goautodial .iso and you'll get a much more recent version with LOTS of new toys in it!
