New Leads

i have uploaded new leads for the campaign but once i logging to the agent portal leads are not getting and if i select the next dial its giving a below error. please support me on this
No more leads in the hopper for campaign: 13

2 things to check: first, your campaign settings. Could be as simple as forgetting to set the right calling times on your campaign or timezones on your leads.
next, check that Vicidial is functioning as intended. Are all the screens started? Are all the cronjobs running? You need to do some basic troubleshooting.
I bet it's just campaign settings, it's one of the most common questions I get from newer clients. I'd rerun your setup with the admin manual in hand.

Have you run the basic troubleshooting I suggested? Have you tried going through the logs for errors? If you want someone to look into it for you I'd recommend you checkout the jobs forum.
