Hi,
I will like to ask a simple question (I think so) about leads statuses:
I created Custom Statuses for a campaign but I do not want the agents to select that status in the disposition screen.
As an example:
Statuses:
A Call tomorrow
B Call next week
C VIP
A&B are agent selectable, but C no.
Status "C" should be manually, with the Admin Modify Lead.
But when I am logged as ADMIN level 9 and after searching the Lead, the Disposition Dropdown does not show the C Status.
It is only shown when I change the C Status to "Agent Selectable".
So, the question is:
How can I change a Lead to a Custom Status when it is not Agent Selectable if I am not an Agent?
