MTR

What is the acceptable value on MTR regarding Packets loss percentage? Does it have to be 0% all time? What % could affect line quality?

Thank you.

In my experience and sort of packet loss will effect call quality. Anything about 10% is way too much for us. Generally it's 0% all the time and only a Telco network issue will cause packet loss

It also depends on the audio codec you are using. If you are using G729a, then any packet loss at all makes for audio problems. While G711 or GSM are more forgiving of packet loss.
