Transfer and recording

Hello;
ViciBox Redux v.5.0.2-130821, vicidial 2.8-420a, Build 131210-1741, asterisk Asterisk 1.8.26.1-vici, Single Machine, Vtiger 6.0

Calls that are done call from extension (not agent) are recorded and this is good. But if that call was transferred to another extension (not agent), the recording is stopping and I do not find any recorded file for the transferred call but I can find recording file only for the call before the transfer.

What should I do to resolve this?

How is this transfer accomplished? (Button for button ...)

Can you post a CLI example of this issue (a controlled version, no extra phone calls, not 3000 lines of extraneous code ...).

You may also want to consider upgrading. Your version is fairly old and it would be a bummer to spend time fixing a problem only to find out an upgrade would have fixed it anyway.

Next up: You have calls NOT being generated within Vicidial being transferred to yet another NonVicidial location .... and yet you want Vicidial to track it all for you. Well, it can, so I guess that's cool. But I'm not sure why you have a dialer if you're not dialering. LOL 8-)
