Agent Status showing dead in real time screen

Hi all,
We installed vicidial | VERSION: 2.11-452c | BUILD: 150302-0944

While agent is on call (Inbound/Outbound) more than 3 minutes he will get call hangup option in right upper corner of the screen and in real time screen agent status is showing DEAD but agent is continuously talking to customer it is not happening for all our agents

This problem is happening for both Incoming and outgoing calls.

Check local network.
Make sure agent machines are not overloaded with other tasks.
Search the forum, there are tens of similar threads.

Please always post your installation method. If you don't, and this is a known installation issue for your method .. we can't tell you.

Post your dialplan entry (Admin->Carriers). Modify any IP/User/Secret/Password information, of course.

If you can, post an asterisk CLI entry from the moment this occurs. A test call, though, with no other traffic (not 3000 lines of unrelated data.. just one call!)

Not yet We found some issues in the network so yesterday we rework on the network today we will monitor the calls and let you know Mr. williamconley
