Manual Dial calls Dial Alert frequently in version 2.10

Hello, I'm using VICIdial version 2.10-448a with Asterisk version 1.8.27

Recently I've been getting the same error message pretty frequently when trying to do Manual Dial calls. It's strange because trying to dial the same number a few times will eventually go through, so it doesn't happen with every number and it doesn't happen all the time, but it just recently started and we haven't made any changes recently. It will say "Waiting for ring" for a long time then just disconnect and bring up the error message below:
"DIAL ALERT:
Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL
Cause: 21 - Call rejected.
SIP: 403 - Forbidden Bad auth"

I also have a screenshot but it won't let me link it as I'm a new user.
Does anyone know what the cause of this is?

Please let me know if you need any more information. Thanks in advance.

This message is your Carrier saying "NO!"

Assuming you only have one carrier, the bad auth message is not real, if the call will go through the next time on that same carrier later.

Solutions: Change carriers and/or Contact the carrier and ask "why?"

Note that if you only have one carrier, this is a Great time to get a second carrier before things get worse.
