Multiple Filter Groups

Hi.

We currently have a DID that has a filter phone group running on it. Any number that is found on that list is then directed to more senior members of staff. All remaining calls go to the rest of the call centre as normal. My issue is that I have some numbers that I want to block from calling in, but I can't seem to have more than one filter phone group running at the same time. I essentially need to apply two filters to the DID. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could either run that DID to an internal DID entry(with a fake number like 9998887777) that would allow you to put a second filter on it, or you could write a custom PHP script to do more complex filtering and use the Filter URL options.
