Hello every one,
This is my first post, so please be patient to me.
I want to install vicidial on my existing server, without affecting the database(mysql) of existing server.Is it possible to install vicidial on my server.
please help me to know.

What is the idea of this ? You want to install Vicidial on a Vicidial server ???

no my existing server is not vicidial server.
my existing server used to run some other vas services, which use asterisk and mysql. i want to know Is it Possible to install vicidial on a server running with some other application.

1) Yes.

2) YOU SHOULD NEVER DO THIS unless you're very familiar with Vicidial. Warning: You may well spend the next six months of your life pulling out hair while thinking Vicidial is "sooooo close to working ... but not quite ...".

My Advice: Install Vicibox.com's ISO image on a VIRTUAL machine for testing and experience, and when you need more than ONE agent ... build a fresh Vicidial server!
