Campaign dial timeout

I've set the dial timeout on for a particular campaign to 120 seconds. However, whenever I make a manual dial call from this campaign, I get a dial alert timeout message in the client after 60 seconds. I've read that this can be set in the extensions.conf, and my understanding was that you place it as an option in the Dial command. So I edited it as follows adding the 120. I ran a diaplan reload and a dialplan show to ensure that the changes were in, but it still times out around 60 seconds. I'm sure there is a global setting somewhere that I am missing. Can someone point me in the right direction?
