Hi All,

I am recently work on asterisk.
From last five years we gave application to clients. One of my client recently getting outbound calling issue.
When Agent tries to call outbound some times call did not connect. please help to me.

We are using
Asterisk 1.4.42.

Kindly any one help me..

Either post more information here or consider hiring someone to help you.

Also, if you are using 5-year old software I would strongly encourage you to upgrade.
