Can't upload files to the audio store via web interface

Postby dspaan » Wed Aug 19, 2015 3:05 pm

I know there are many threads about the Audio store and i've had problems with this in the past but i really could not figure this one out.

My settings:
Central Sound Control Active 1
Sounds Web Server: domainname i use to browse to the web interface (i tried switching to the IP of the server and then uploading by browsing to the IP but doesn't matter)
Auto generated directory:

Also exists on the server and has correct permissions as far as i can see:

Now when i upload via the web interface it says this:

But when i click on the Audio File list it's not there:

When i click the 'Click here to see a log of the uploads to the audio store' link it shows a record of the uploaded file:

But it simply does not exist on the server:

It suddenly ocurred to me to check the apache error log:

Searching on those errors made me find this thread where the poster solved it by copying over audio_store.php with a newer version.

The thing is, i could upload files without a problem before on this server, the only thing which was changed as far as i know is that i did a minor SVN update a while ago (it introduced the preferred language system setting).

Could audio_store.php be broken?

PS: When i upload files directly to the audio store directory via SFTP there is no problem, the file is neatly synchronized to the /usr/share/asterisk/sounds directory.

Version info:

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Did you update your DB when updating the scripts? They must be matched. Read the UPGRADE document in the svn folder.

4) How big is this file?

Happy Hunting! 8-)
