Voicemail greeting chooser in two languages?

I enabled a custom voicemail but for some reason. It first plays my own prompt and then it still plays the familiar default Asterisk prompt. Should my chosen prompt not have replaced the default one?

That's what we added the VMAIL_NO_INST options in Call Menus, DIDs and In-groups, so it wouldn't play the instructions.
