Hi guys any one know this problem an agent suddenly kicking out while online with in 6hrs
sorry guys im new here using vici dial i hope any one can give me an reason and what i need to do thank you guys.

This is not "General Discussion".
It is a technical support question. But it does not have any technical details at all. Perhaps you should try loading it full of a technical description of what you mean by "suddenly kicking out" ... ? Does this involve tripping a coworker from a muscle spasm? Sitting too long?
