Hi everyone,

I am trying to use VICIdial to listen to calls recordings of a user but everytime I press on the link to access the recording, Internet explorer gives me this message: This page can't be displayed.
I tried also with Chrome and it says that the page is an error. So I don't know what to do anymore. My Internet connection works fine. Does anyone know how I can have access to the recordings?

Have you checked that the location displayed in the link exists and that there are recordings in there? Have you checked permissions on the folder?
