Detecting two inbound calls to single agent

Hello,
What is the best way to search for two inbound calls entering in the conference of a determined agent?
Not always, but sometimes, one agent of an inbound campaign receives two customers calls at the same time and
they all can talk and hear the others in the conference.

I understand the /var/log/astguiclient/action_full-* log files but if you know of a better way to visualize the data, please share.

Your help is much appreciated.

asterisk command line has some meetme commands that can be useful.

Of course, if this happens you should first upgrade your system in hopes of removing the bug. And train the agents not to use the "enter" key, which I thought they had fixed, but it may be after your version. 8-)
