How to have a list automatically turn off.

Postby chasejordan1 » Wed Sep 02, 2015 11:49 am

Is there a way to have a list automatically turn off or campaign once a certain disposition is reached. For example if 50 calls get sent to extension "SVYEXT" (or whatever predetermined disposition is chosen) the list or campaign will get turned off.

Is this possible?

Thank You.

There is nothing that currently does this, but I'm sure something like a custom perl script that is run every minute in the crontab could be written to do this.

Thanks.

I had a similar requirement for a client once, he had multiple lists that all needed to be called until we reach a certain list penetration. We used list mix to make the system call number in roughly the right proportions. We did end up wasting calls past the target, but much less than we would have by running the lists one by one and unattended.

We can do scripts like that, just contact sales@vicidial.com with the exact specs and we can get a quote back to you.
