CUSTOM STATUSES

Postby aristhene » Tue Sep 08, 2015 5:55 am

Hi all, can someone help me please on this matter, since i'm new to vicidial :

CUSTOM STATUSES WITHIN THIS CAMPAIGN :

AGENT SELECTABLE - if it should appear to the agent or not
HUMAN ANSWER - if ever there was interaction with a human (Y is +ve and N is -ve)
SALE - consider as a sale ( +ve)
DNC - do not call (-ve)
CUSTOMER CONTACT - argued contact (+ve)
NOT INTERESTED - argued contact (-ve)
UNWORKABLE - wrong number / the called person is dead something like (-ve)
SCHEDULED CALLBACK - seen by agent if the contact need a call back (+ve)
COMPLETED - ??????

Want to get better understanding about the different disposition to agent,
How to make use of these disposition for me to get better reports ?
What is the difference between SALE and COMPLETED,and does it affect the reporting ?

Many thanks to you all for

Hello,
When you post, don' forget to include details about your installation method, and the actual version of Vicidial and asterisk.

What is the difference between SALE and COMPLETED,and does it affect the reporting ?
A customer that is not interested, should be a COMPLETED and you should not called again, but a not interested is NOT A SALE.
A Sale should be COMPLETED.
For us, a COMPLETED is a lead that you will not be dialing anymore.
In the manual you'll find more details.
