AUTOMATIC CALL BACK

Hi to all, is there a way for we to do automatics calls back for an agent or group of agent ?

If not, what can we do instead for we to prepare the agents to get their calls on time or on a mention time!!!!

Since the schedule callback (admin controls) is not the suitable method for our implementation...

Have you tried my My Callbacks Checkbox?

Hi dear,

In fact the callback is being seen by the agent, or group of agent.

The My callbacks checkbox is check, but my problem is not with the callback, but mostly on the fact that it does not dial automatically the callback made by the agent.

Else a second solution could be a popup something like to say : Hello agent you have a callback to do!

Try Campaign ->Details ->
Scheduled Callbacks Alert -This option allows the callbacks status line in the agent interface to be red, blink or blink red when there are AGENTONLY scheduled callbacks that have hit their trigger time and date. Default is NONE for standard status line. The DEFER options will stop blinking and-or displaying in red when you check the callbacks, until the number of callbacks changes.
