Hi,

I'm trying to setup a broadcast survey to run with no agent for 1 campaign with about 50 lists (each lists should have a message)

Now, i made it work with 1 campaign- 1 message like a charm, I even enabled AMD detection (used routing extension 8373)setup a message there and setup the same message in the survey section.

Now...when configuring 1 campaign with about 50 lists inside and had 1 message set per list I tested with the Answering Machine Overide option in the lists, set 1 message per list, set the DROP action to message to the same message i've setup in the list... but for some reason sometimes it works and sometimes when people answer it plays the message set in the survey section (which is different than the one setup in the lists or the AMD).

Any clues on what path i can follow?

Hello,
Start looking patterns.
Sometimes works, sometimes does not works. Put all the cases that does not works together and look for a pattern.
