Inbound call no number no recording found

Some of the calls which hit inbound campaign are having no numbers( on agent panel - vicidial 2.4) but agent is able to talk on calls when tried to look for call records we cant find record for that particular call, the call is not found in the reports also
please can any body guide why its happening, it happens for 4-5 calls a days

Hello, some inbound calls have blocked caller id.
Post here sample records from agent stats report. (don't forget to hide sensitive information)

But i don get call records for that call also, is there any way to check calls without caller id in any report

yesterday user siddhesh had issue he got a call on inbound which has no info on webform nor call records and logs
