Hi Team,
Our company have already a server, but i tried creating another for some test.
I used another IP for each server which is the database, web and telephony but im using the same static IP of our provider.
The problem is that, I copied the settings of the Carriers APN from our server and put it on the new server that ive created.
But what happened next is this one prompted.

DIAL ALERT:

Call Rejected: CONGESTION
Cause: 0 - Unspecified. No other cause codes applicable

I think it only appears when theres a live call and it automatically hanging up. Did i missed something?
Thanks.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Congestion is your carrier rejecting the call. The reasons could be many and varied. Ultimately, however, it's entirely possible that the carrier will not allow this new connection and has detected that it is not the authorized machine you've already got dialing.

4) If you were to post the Carrier settings we may be able to help more.

Happy Hunting! 8-)

If your carrier is allowing you traffic per IP, you should ask them to allow the new server IP address too

3) Congestion means your carrier has refused to complete the call.

4) You have not posted any details from the asterisk command line interface, nor have you posted your carrier configuration or even the method by which you generated the call. Thus the only advice I can give is: Ask your carrier why they are rejecting the call OR post some of that missing information.
