Can't access Web log in, when typing dialler's in address.

I recently plugged in a dialler I made about 2 years ago.

Was set up perfectly, worked a treat.

But switched it on to get my carrier settings for a new dialler, and it's as though there's nothing on the network, chrome says there's no such page...

I'm expecting the "please wait while I redirect you" Message. ..

But I can ssh and winscp just fine...

And the server loads up otherwise as expected.

Any ideas? Thanks...

Edit:
The only thing I want from the dialler is my carrier settings.
I've got my original usr/pw, it's mainly the dial plan I need.
So when searching via winscp, I found that the extentions.confirm had a few defaulty-looking ones, but I did a ctrl-f search for the word orbtalk, my username, and my pw separately, hoping it would take me to "my" dial plan. But the text want there.
I 'know' this machine, I set it up... it's literally never been used since I provisioned it, and I made successful calls on it...
So confused...

Haha.
Even those results were few and far between.
The codes I entered resulted in no output on my WPRKING dialler, and the one I'm trying to recover.
It was as though I had just hit return for a new line.

I'm away from the computer now, so can't quote the command, but it's the unanimous one across your Google search.
I'm on open suse?

Ok so the only one I could find that works is:

Code: Select all
To check whether if apache is running or not (the status), type:

sudo service apache2 status
at the command line.

Which shows that something had failed...

After reading the output, I checked the suggested commands.... the first one returned:

The journal command returned these:

I'm at a dead end... I just want my carrier dial plan...

The carrier dial plan are stored in these files:
/etc/asterisk/extensions-vicidial.conf
and
/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

If you are familiar with MySql you can see it also in this table:
vicidial_server_carriers;
