Unable to forward voice or dtmf -- Hungup 'DAHDI/31-1'

Channel 0/31, span 1 got hangup request, cause 31

can anybody what is causing this issue i am not able to dial outbound calls

Post your carrier settings too. Admin -> Carriers

Dont show sensitive information (ip, user, passw, etc)
