i am facing issues with PRI/E1 connection calls are dropping, agents call suddenly hangups but not for all calls, service provider says there is no issue from there end
please can anybody help

can it be a pri/E1 card issue or asterisk issue or network

please guide me

Hello,
Is always a good idea to have a second carrier. Try a Voip Carrier and compare the results.
