Is there any way automatically to export every hour or every 2 hour the agent report and agent performance report and send directly to email all reports ?

There is no feature that currently exists to easily do what you ask, but there is a perl script that you can customize(go in and edit the code) and put in the crontab that will allow you to send a report by email at a regularly scheduled interval:
