Manual call is working but Auto Dial is not working

I am using vicibox6 and having issue of not getting call on GUI.
Asterisk version is: Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici
Vicidial version is : 2.12-497a
I am getting call on asterisk but on GUI it is not showing any thing.
Also manual call is working fine.
I am getting following responce on asterisk:
Any help/sugesion would be appriciatable.
