Manual call is working but Auto Dial is not working

I am using vicibox6 and having issue of not getting call on GUI.

Asterisk version is: Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici
Vicidial version is : 2.12-497a

I am getting call on asterisk but on GUI it is not showing any thing.
Also manual call is working fine.

I am getting following responce on asterisk:

1) You'll need to share what you did in the GUI that caused this situation. As far as I can tell from your post, you made a call on the soft phone directly which does not involve the GUI at all. So provide details of "here's what I did ... here's what I expected, but here's what I got". Better yet, if you're working your way through the Vicidial Manager's Manual, report the version of the manual, the page and line number you're on. That would clear it right up for us.

2) Always post the Vicidial Version WITH BUILD when requesting support. The build number is usually right behind the Vicidial Version and is a large number.

3) You posted your Installer major version, but you should list the full version with that as well (ie: Vicibox 6.0.3? 6.0.4? 6.0.1?). They each have their own idiosyncrasies that could cause some challenges. Even if you have the latest, if you uncover a flaw, it would be good to know which version you used so it can be fixed!
