Hi Team,

Why is that i cant register my softphone from our server using yast firewall by registering its domain from the telephony. I'm trying to access it from home, i can access vicidial by yast firewall but the softphone wont.

I am using xten eyeBeam 1.1 3004t stamp 16741 softphone. vicidial 6.0.3 opensuse 13.1

What are you trying to say, that your softphone cant connect to your server ???
What error does it show ?

Yes sir, my softphone cant connect to the server. im accessing it at home from our office. i was able to access the vicidial but i cant access the softphone. i already registered my IP to yast firewall of web server, should i also register it to telephony server?
It says "log in failed: request time-out"
