Hello everybody

Im facing some issues like (When i have more than 60 agents logged on Vicidial) :
1.Agents gets logged out automatilcally
2.Real Time take more time than usual to reload
3.An agent from time to time recieve 2 call simultaneously

I have a Cluster :
1.DB/Web Server 2X Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU L5335 @ 2.00GHz, 8 cores,8 GB Ram, 500 GB Sata 7200 RPM
2.2x Telephony Server (Quad Core Xeon 2,00GHz,4 GB Ram,120 GB SSD)
Outbound Dialing Max at 5 Dial Rate

Before this cluster i was using the first server for all-in-one purpouse.
Now i added 2 telephonys to reduce to load to this server, but i dont understand why im having this kind of problems.

Thanks

Sounds like an overloaded system. Could be database issues, network issues or just too high of a load for the systems to handle as they are configured.

try removing the web and leave the db alone and transfer the web to your asterisk. we use this setup and same number of user like yours and no issue found.

With the actual configuration,i have the 2 telephony servers with web interface too.
But all the users login in to the DB/Web Server.

If a user actually accidentally logs in,at the telephony servers(web interface). The agents in real time (at the main DB/web) have 60 minutes to the call time and not 0.

I have encountered the same error of agents receiving more then 1 call.
Please provide your current ISP specs.

A lot of quirky issues like the ones you have mentioned are because you are saturating your network.
Even with 20/20 straight fiber connection, I found errors like this to occur.
