Missing Phone Code Override in List Builder

Recently the drop down menu in my list builder is blank (no selection options) for phone code.

Any help as to how this occurred would be fantastic! Thanks Team

Wild guess: broken table? Not sure if this list is from a file or a table, though.

Thanks for the reply William, I wonder how to find out if it's a file or table that is looked up?
