We have a 6 server load balancing cluster setup with the following configuration:
2 Webservers, 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Quad Quad Core Dual 256GB SSD Raid1 8GB DDR2 Ram
3 Asterisk Server 3.4 Ghz Xeon E3 Quad-Core w/HT Dual 256GB SSD Raid1 16GB DDR3 Ram
1 Db Server 2.13 Ghz Xeon E5 6-Core w/HT Dual 256GB SSD Raid1 24GB DDR3 Ram

My question is on inbound call reports. There is a status HNG Call Termed Immediat. I need to know what exactly this means? Does this means hangs up after a short term? What is the amount of seconds it takes to do this? Or is this hang up immidately? What exactly does this mean on this report?

Please include a link to the installation instruction set you used (this helps bring together users with similar problem arising from the same installation so bugs related to that particular installation instruction set can be addressed more easily).

That appears to be a manually entered system or campaign status that someone in your enterprise added and your agents have been "clicking" (also a slight possibility there's been a custom script added to select this status based on specific situations ... but I hope you would know if your system were customized in such a fashion).

If you check a lead that has this status, does it show that it was handled by an agent?

If you look in Admin->System Statuses or modify a campaign in which at least one of these leads appears in "Detail view" and then look at the top menu under "Statuses", does this status appear in either of those situations? If so, does the status appear as "Selectable"?
