Vicidial No Recording

Good day. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my recording problem.

Thing is, after the call ended, I did restart the server right away. If I'm not mistaken, it takes time for the recordings to be build. Is there any way to solve this problem?

I didn't see the recordings on my /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/MP3 folder

Vicidial version is VERSION: 2.6-395a BUILD: 130221-1736 and our Asterisk version is 1.4.44-vici build 13

Are you having an issue finding one particular call only? There are other folders within that directory that have the original unprocessed files.

Yes. I'm having trouble finding a recording for one call. Are you talking about the ORIG directory under /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE ? I already checked that directory but I didn't find the recording I was looking for. But I can see other calls / recordings that the agent dialed on the same day
