Auto Dialing calls not getting transferred to Agents

Hi,

I am doing auto dialing on campaign, there are leads in the campaign and agents also logged in same campaign but calls are not getting tranfered to agents

Please guide me, below is the output of asterisk log

No Body has a solution, i think i have to rollback to 2.1, as i am not able to use 3.3
