Dialplan for France

Hi Everyone,

I have vicidial 4.0.2 running asterisk 1.4; I really need a dialplan for a manual dial campaign where we will call for France,

Your carrier should tell you how you need to send calls to them. Can't tell you a dialplan without first knowing how they want you to send it to them.
