Disable Agent Hangup Button

Vicdial VERSION: 2.9-441a |BUILD: 140612-1628 |asterisk 1.4.27.1|single server |Centos6.0 |One Digium card | No cluster

Is it possible to disable the hangup button in the agent page.
As of now, even if the customer disconnects the call, next call wont be coming until the agent clicks on the hangup button which is leading to agent dead time,


I need in such a way that, if the customer disconnects the call, automatically it should go to dispo page if enabled and then next call should be routed.

Please help

You could use the Campaign feature "Dead Call Max Seconds" and set it to 1, so after 1 second of DEAD time the agent will be sent to the dispo screen.

Thanks , i am using vicidial version 2.9 and i dont see that option in campaign feature,
Please let me in which version , that option "Dead Call Max Seconds" option is available so that i will upgrade to that immediately.

It's in the latest svn/trunk.
