Disable Agent Hangup Button

Is it possible to disable the hangup button in the agent page.
As of now, even if the customer disconnects the call, next call wont be coming until the agent clicks on the hangup button which is leading to agent dead time,
I need in such a way that, if the customer disconnects the call, automatically it should go to dispo page if enabled and then next call should be routed.
