ViciBox Preloaded Install

I just downloaded the latest version of Vicibox 6.0.4 preload server and installed it on computer. MD5 was correct on the ISO. PC was a Core2 quad with 4GB of RAM 500GB HD. Before I did the express installation, I was able to reboot and shutdown now it just hangs. I used the command shutdown -h now and it would not shutdown. Had to power it off. Not to familiar with OpenSuSE. Is there another command that I should be using? The ISO is dated 10-23-15. Everything was installed default. Is there an issue with it hanging during reboot / shutdown? Please help.
