Dialer is not putting the calls to the agents and pausing th

Ant suggestions on how to correct this issue on my end?
The dialer has 20+ calls in waiting and before the reps are connected they are being paused and the calls are being dropped .

Reps are being PAUSED mid call and losing connection with the customers completely . What steps can we take in house for correction? Is there a # we can call to have an engineer on Vici end to explore this problem?
