When calls are recorded, they don't hangup

Vicidial version: astguiclient_2.0.3b5
Installed exactly as per scratch install
vicidial admin: VERSION: 2.0.95 BUILD: 70402-1157
agc login: VERSION: 2.0.129 BUILD: 70322-1545

When recording calls, and after the agent hangs up, the channel does not hang up and the channel continues to be recored until it is manually hung up at the bottom of the screen. Any suggestions?

If you don't have the 'o' in your dial plan it will mess it up too as I have found out. The agent dialing will see "waiting for ring" even after ring:

exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${VITELITY}/${EXTEN},55,o)
exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup
