I was wondering if there is anyway to tell if an agent was logged out because someone pressed the "Emergency Log Agent Out" button under the user status page? An agent is saying they are being force logged out and thinks a supervisor is responsible. I was wondering if that was logged anywhere or if an Emergency Log Agent Out looks any different than an normal log out.
Thanks in advance.

You will usually see two LOGOUT entries in a row in the User Stats page when this happens, but there isn't a log of this action currently.

You may also want to check for a simultaneous login, since it's possible that someone else logged in with the same credentials ... causing him to be logged out immediately.
