Hi.

I have set up new server for my new client.
Vicibix 6.0.4
SVN Version: 2424
DB Schema Version: 1439

Server specs: Xeon 4 cores 3.1 GHz, 8 GB RAM, SSD

8 Agents are calling on this server. Outbound dialling. Ratio 2.5.

Computers specs on agent side: Pentium 4, 2.8 GHz, 1 GB ram, Latest Firefox, X-Lite 3

Agents are in different location then server.

I have experience many "Your Session has Been Paused" on Agents panel. There are also 2 customers at once talking to agent.

Internet connection to server is stable: arround 20 ms (+/- 2ms) all the time.

Can anyone experiencing same problem with latest SVN?

Second day when the system was running there were a lot less "Your Session has Been Paused" on agents computers.
Also i have switched from Firefox 42 to IE 8.

Today is 3 day - I wonder how the system will operate today...

What you are describing is caused by some kind of a system overload. It could be the database needs to have logs archived, or the settings for MySQL or Apache are inadequate, or your server is under high system load, or some other similar issue is causing these kind of problems.

Thanks for reply.

System was installed without any changes. System was installed without any problem (maybe one: i have to wait 15 minutes for ntp to refresh time after configuring timezone).

There are no errors in mysql or apache.

Server is not under high load (load average: 0.55, 0.60, 0.55).

I think that problem is on customer network. Maybe his ruter (TP-LINK with OpenWRT) is causing problem.

session has been paused error is due to misconfiguration, check your asterisk configs
