My configuration is as follows:
Vicibox ViciBox Redux v.6.0.3-141118 | Vicidial VERSION: 2.10-452a BUILD: 141111-0554 |Asterisk 1.8.32.3-vici| Single Server| No Digium/Sangoma Hardware| No Extra Software After installation| Dual Intel Xeon 3.0

Version: 2.10b0.5
SVN Version: 2192
DB Schema Version: 1387
DB Schema Update Date: 2015-11-29 20:30:17

Install Date: 2015-11-29

when i record any message via phone by dialing 8168 followed by passcode message is recorded and played back with sequene file number. However the message does not show up in audio store. I have reinstalled and have the same problem. After reinstalling the first message got recorded and uploaded. Any subsequent messages are being incremented when recorded but not showing up in audio store. If I record as wav and use converter to convert file to gsm the file is not being played on the system.

What can be wrong and causing this.? Can anyone help? Has anyone experienced this issue.?

Thanks.

Paolo, maybe you did not understand my problem. After rebuilding I was able to record an audio file via the system extension. This was seen in the audio store after 5 minutes. Any subsequent recording are not showing up. I have however found a work around. I believe that there is a cron job that suppose to run to copy the file from /usr/share/asterisk/sounds to /srv/www/htdocs/jGBsKF53ACDDkolFF0YCqIKpkuu5Qgl9. I came to this conclusion because I am seeing sound files in both locations. However I am seeing new sound files that was recorded on the system in the /usr/share/asterisk/sounds folder however I am not seeing these new files in the /srv/www/htdocs/jGBsKF53ACDDkolFF0YCqIKpkuu5Qgl9 folder. I manually copied them and change the permission, group and owner. Only then I am seeing them in the audio store. So for now until I can find a permanent solution to this issue this is my work around.
