Moving database to different Server

Hi Everybody,

I want to move my database to different as i am facing performance issues
can anybody guide how to do that

current server details
single server
xeon quad core,
8gb ram
1tb hdd

I want to move only database to different server
server config: i3,4gb, Centos 6.9 64bit | Version: 2.14b0.5 | Schema: 1528 | revision 2928| Asterisk 1.8.0 | E1-card

go for fresh installation with cluster.
a) server 1 for application/Recording (PRI E1/T1 and asterisk )
b) server 2 for Apache and DB

Note: if the existing DB is too much imp, you can take backup and restore my using any database maintenance tool..

as for me create an all in one server then move you database there..
