i would like to limit max 32 calls to prevent server trying to dial many calls during ratio dial

so should i modify max trunks or max calls per sec , kindly tell me the difference

I'm guessing that "sims" means simultaneous. If that's true then you should be aware that simultaneous calls and calls per second are not the same thing.

The difference is "Max Trunks" refers to the number of simultaneous calls that can be going out at once while "Max Calls Per Second" governs how quickly the dialer will ramp up when auto-dialing. If your carrier has a limit of 32 simultaneous calls, then you should set the "Max Trunks" to 32.
